772 households in Kramatorsk received utility-bill compensation

772 households of war-affected people received compensation to pay their utility bills in the Kramatorsk community.

The “Hands of Friends” foundation has reported on the “Winter Resilience 2025–2026: Targeted aid for war-affected and internally displaced people in front-line districts of Eastern Ukraine” project.

The project was carried out in cooperation with the Kharkiv Regional Youth NGO “Enlightening Initiative” and funded by the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF) of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA Ukraine).
